Removals and cleanings during coronavirus?
Due to the current situation (COVID 19), we receive a lot of phone calls and emails from concerned customers who are wondering whether their move and / or the cleaning work can be carried out.
Therefore for information: Our industry is currently and fortunately not affected and we can and may carry out the work as planned. Should the situation change in any way, we will of course inform you accordingly.
Can I cancel my move and / or cleaning due to Corona?
Even during Corona, the normal cancellation conditions currently apply, so it is better if you postpone your move or final cleaning instead of canceling – and of course we try to be as accommodating as possible. FYI: It looks like prices will rise enormously as soon as the situation has eased, because the demand for moving helpers and moving support will probably be greater than ever.
What do I have to pay attention to during the Corona times?
It is best if you are on the move only at the beginning for the organization and at the end to check the work done on site. So that you have as little personal contact as possible with our employees, it makes the most sense to be in the new one while you are inviting from the old apartment.
Please always be available by phone for any queries and ambiguities.
What safety measures apply during work?
We have informed all of our employees that we will comply with the generally applicable safety and hygiene standards. Please note that face masks and disposable gloves do not protect against infection and disinfectants are currently difficult to obtain. For this reason, please allow company employees to wash their hands regularly in order to achieve optimal protection.
I belong to the risk group – what do I have to do?
Please contact us immediately if you belong to the risk group so that we can prepare for it.
What should I do if I have symptoms such as cough, fever, shortness of breath etc.?
If you feel sick, we strongly recommend that you stay away when moving and cleaning and that you hire someone else to show us through the apartments, otherwise we ask you to contact us: Hotline: 044/559 09 00
My friends can no longer help me move – what now?
Contact us – we will be happy to support you: 044/559 09 00. We support you with moving helpers including or excluding vehicles / materials / equipment.

What about non-binding viewing appointments for an effort assessment during Corona?
Usually we are happy to come by free of charge and without obligation to get an idea of ​​the apartment, the items to be moved, the work required and to estimate the effort.
During the current Corona crisis, we are trying to reduce the viewing appointments to the minimum and thus only come by in urgent and complex cases.

As mentioned in the previous paragraph, we prefer not to make viewing appointments during the Corona crisis.
